RealtyAndAMortgage has been around for 10 years now and has morphed with the times.  Our focus has always been around providing a platform for our real estate clients, agents and providing the best in mortgage services through our chosen loan officers.

Why the “Bank Insider”?

Briefly, I started a United Pacific Mortgage (which turned into a mortgage bank with a $15,000,000 warehouse line) in 2000, sold it in 2004.  Over 4,500 mortgages, in excess of $850,000,000 in loan volume, our own underwriter and  over 120 LO’s at one time.  My Sound Team partners worked with me in negotiating with lenders, loan officers and clients during this time.  Bank negotiation skills were honed and bank contacts were made.  The “Bank Insider” was born.

In 2006 everything came together with Sound Realty Northwest and The Sound Team.

Due to the current real estate crisis we realized that there was an opportunity for us to help Washington families by helping our real estate and mortgage partners as well.
